. The news is collected and provided for non profit purposes.
You may email the content as this is allowed by our sources. The content cannot
be used for commercial purposes because our sources prohibit this usage. The
service provided here is a collection of world news and its evolution,
organized in one place in a meaningful manner for your convenience. URLs are
also provided to our sources if your interest extends beyond the service we
provide. This service is not intended to be competitive with our sources. We
cannot provide this service for sources that prohibit our use in this way of
their material. Those news agencies wishing to have their content within this
service should contact us by email giving us written permission and any special
considerations. Because of the magazine web page design those viewing the
magazine will be often accessing our "sources of information" web sites and
driving their traffic upwards. But this service is primarily aimed at Christian
and educational organizations as well as non profit research efforts requiring
a news base for reference. Editorials have a Christian and humanitarian focus
to the news. Also, be sure to look for the URLs that will take you off site to
news information not covered by this service. You may be interested in our
weekly Persecution Reports which are news reports of persecution against
Christians. The URL is on the main web page and near the bottom of every
magazine edition.
Please note that we are moving away from the multi day
staggering of news in order to provide a "Magazine approach" which groups news
items into meaningful categories and provides more insight by showing the
evolution of news for a given category made available along with the more
recent news. This approach gets rid of redundant and insignificant news
bulletins and the confusion they create. Also, the magazine sections grow over
time until a new edition is generated and then news starts from the date of the
new edition. So the greater the time the edition spans, the greater also is the
history collected. You have to go back to older editions to get older history.
It is your choice to skip the older news items and go directly to the newer
ones at the end of each section. Please note the time shown in every news
bulletin to be sure of sequentiality and that you are looking at the most
recent news bulletin. For each magazine section, the news bulletins are
usually organized from oldest to newest in the magazine index as well as their
placement in the web page. However, download time for the magazine web page may
become an issue for the larger single or several week editions. For slow
loading situations don't use the magazine index to jump to the section you are
interested in because it may not have completely loaded when you make that
choice. In these cases just move down from the top to the bottom of the web
page but not at a rate that exceeds your download. |
