Turkey is threatening to review military ties with France over a display grouping the Turkish military chief - along with Iraq's Saddam Hussein - as an enemy of the press.

Turkey's Anatolia news agency says Turkish officials summoned a French military attache to protest the display, which was created by an independent media watchdog group, Reporters Without Borders.

The display is in a Paris train station and shows a world map with images of those the Paris-based group says are predators of press freedom. Turkey's Chief of Staff General Huseyin Kivrikoglu is pictured, along with the leaders of Iraq, Libya and Syria.

Turkish officials say placing the display on the floor for people to walk over harms Turkey's image. News agency reports say Turkish officials have voiced concern to the French ambassador in Ankara and to Reporters Without Borders.

French officials and the media group have not commented.

World events are historic steps in the purpose and plan of God. The outcome of history is up to man - restricted only by sovereign limits imposed by God. The future events are consequences resulting from mankind exercising the gift of intelligence and free will in response to situations developing from past events. This human response is either synchronized to His Will or in rebellion to His Will. Behavior is either the manifestation of love or it's opposite - hate. As Christians we should be involved through loving (caring attitude and behavior for others) actions empowered by prayer, understanding, and submission to His Will.
