Former U.S. Attorney General Janet Reno is in the hospital after collapsing during an appearance Wednesday evening at the University of Rochester in New York.
A university spokeswoman says Ms. Reno was speaking to students when she excused herself and began to sit down. She then collapsed and was taken to a hospital on the university campus.
There is no word on whether the incident is linked to her case of Parkinson's disease.
Ms. Reno is a candidate for the democratic nomination for Governor of Florida.
