Bulgarian Foreign Minister in Moscow for Talks

Bulgarian Foreign Minister Solomon Pasi is in Moscow for talks expected to focus on improving bilateral relations and international issues, including actions of the anti-terrorist coalition, arms control and disarmament measures.
Mr. Pasi is scheduled to meet Thursday with his Russian counterpart, Igor Ivanov. On Friday, he will meet with President Vladimir Putin.
In an interview with Interfax news agency ahead of his talks, Mr. Pasi said he hopes his visit will mark the start of a new stage in Bulgarian-Russian relations.
