In the National Basketball Association, Toronto Raptors center Hakeem Olajuwon will be out four to six weeks with a strained leg muscle.
Olajuwon was injured in Sunday's 106-97 home win over the Orlando Magic. He left the game after scoring only eight points. The Raptors say that the injury will not require surgery. He is scheduled to begin an intensive rehabilitation program.
The Nigeria native has appeared in 36 games this season and averaged more than eight points and nearly seven rebounds per game.
