U.S. college basketball's third-ranked Duke Blue Devils have been upset by host Virginia Cavaliers 87-84.
Virginia came back from a 12-point deficit with seven minutes to play to hand the Blue Devils just their third loss of the season. The Cavaliers held Duke scoreless for nearly seven minutes as part of a game-closing 21-7 run.
The Cavaliers were ranked number four in the country two months ago, but dropped out of the top-25 polls after losing seven of nine games before Thursday's big win.
