A car bomb explosion in the Jordanian capital, Amman, has left two people dead.
Jordanian officials said the blast occurred near the home of a top security official - Lieutenant Colonel Ali Burjak, who heads the anti-terrorism unit of Jordan's intelligence service.
The bomb had been placed in a car that belongs to the colonel's wife.
The two victims were identified as an Egyptian and an Iraqi, who worked at a nearby shop.
There has been no claim of responsibility for the attack. Police are investigating.
