Kobe Bryant scored 32 points and Shaquille O'Neal added 31 as the Los Angeles Lakers beat the Cleveland Cavaliers Thursday, 104-91.

The win snapped a three-game losing streak for the Lakers.

Lamond Murray scored 23 points for Cleveland, who had won four of their last five games.

In Washington, Jason Kidd had 30 points, eight rebounds and seven assists to lead the New Jersey Nets past the Washington Wizards, 93-82.

The win ended New Jersey's 23-game, 17-year road losing streak against teams featuring Michael Jordan. The Washington superstar, who missed a game earlier this week with knee problems, had 16 points.

The win was the fourth straight for New Jersey.
