India: Pearl's Murder Shows Pakistan Has Failed to Contain Terrorism

India says the murder of kidnapped U.S. reporter Daniel Pearl in Pakistan is a tragedy and a reminder of how Islamabad has failed to crack down on Islamic militant groups based in that country.
Indian foreign ministry spokeswoman Nirupama Rao told reporters the senseless murder shows how the criminal forces of terror continue to operate in Pakistan and how they continue to pursue their agenda of mindless violence and hatred in the safe haven provided by Pakistan.
