In National Basketball Association action, Allen Iverson scored 46-points to lead the Philadelphia 76'ers to a 114-107 home victory over the Golden State Warriors Wednesday night.

Matt Harpring tied his season high of 25 points and Dikembe Mutombo added 18 for the Sixers, who have won seven of the last eight games against Golden State.

In Chicago, newly acquired Jalen Rose scored 36-points, including 13 in the fourth quarter, as the host Bulls beat the New York Knicks 113-109. Rose was traded to Chicago from Indiana earlier this week as part of a seven player deal.

Elsewhere, Corliss Williamson scored 22 points and fellow reserve Damon Jones added a career high 17, as the host Detroit Pistons beat the Washington Wizards 97-90.

The Wizards were without Michael Jordan for the second time this season due to an injured knee. They have lost both games.
