Three people have been killed and 20 were injured by a massive explosion that ripped through a Jewish settlement late Saturday in the West Bank. Officials say a suicide bomber killed himself and two Israeils at a shopping mall located inside the Karnei Shomron settlement, near the Israeli border.
The explosion came hours after four Palestinians were killed in separate incidents in the West Bank and Gaza.

A Palestinian Islamic militant was killed in a car explosion in the West Bank town of Jenin. Palestinian officials did not say what caused the blast that killed the Hamas member identified as Nazih Abu Sabaa, but some Palestinians immediately blamed Israel.
Earlier, officials in Gaza said three Palestinians were killed and a number of others wounded during a clash with Israeli forces that broke out when Israeli tanks, bulldozers, and troops moved into a refugee camp, El-Bureij.
A Palestinian security post was destroyed in the area, where an Israeli tank was blown up Thursday, killing three soldiers.
