Swede Wins Marseille Indoor Tennis Open

Sweden's Thomas Enqvist has come back from a loss in the first set to win the Marseille Open indoor tennis tournament in France.

Playing in his first final of the year Sunday, Enqvist battled back after losing a first set tiebreaker to defeat Nicolas Escude of France, 6-7, 6-3, 6-1. Both players were unseeded. Enqvist won the Marseille title in 1997 and 1998 and now has 19 career victories. The Swede is now 3-0 against Escude.

Lars Burgsmuller of Germany has defeated Olivier Rochus of Belgium to win the Copenhagen Open tennis tournament in Sweden.

Burgsmuller won the battle between unseeded players 6-3, 6-3 on Sunday, to capture first ATP title of his career.
