Tim Henman and Greg Rusedski of Britain came from behind to beat visiting Sweden in a Davis Cup tennis doubles match and give Britain a 2-1 lead in the world group series.

Australian Open champion Thomas Johansson came back to the Swedish team and teamed with Jonas Bjorkman. But Henman and Rusedski won the hard fought match Saturday, 7-6, 2-6, 6-7, 6-3, 6-3. Henman and Rusedski are undefeated in Davis Cup doubles play.

If Britain can win one of the reverse singles matches on Sunday, the team would advance past the first round of the Davis Cup for the first time in 16 years. On Sunday, Henman plays Thomas Enqvist, and Rusedski plays Bjorkman.

In other world group results Saturday, Spain has a 2-1 lead after Alex Corretja and Juan Balcells defeated the Moroccan doubles team of Karim Alami and Hicham Arazi, 2-6, 6-2, 7-6, 6-4.
