Golfer Matt Gogel sank a 7.5 meter birdie putt on the 18th hole Sunday, to win the Pebble Beach National Pro-Am tournament, at Pebble Beach, California, when Pat Perez took a triple-bogey on the final hole. Gogel closed with a 3-under 69 for his first PGA Tour victory.
Perez started the final round with a four-stroke lead, and he led by one shot heading into the final hole. It was the largest collapse in the Pebble Beach tournament since 1961.
