INTRO: President Bush and British Prime Minister Tony Blair say Iraqi leader Saddam Hussein must prove to the world that he is not developing weapons of mass destruction. V-O-A's Paula Wolfson reports they say all options are open if Iraq refuses to comply.

President Bush says he made his position clear.

Prime Minister Blair says if Iraq is pursuing weapons of mass destruction, something must be done.

The president is right to draw attention to the threat of weapons of mass destruction. That threat is real. How we deal with it, that's a matter we discuss.

During a joint press conference, Mr. Blair said no decisions have been made and indicated no military action is imminent. The British leader who has been a staunch ally in the war on terrorism faces strong opposition at home to military moves against Iraq. (signed)
