INTRO: President Bush and British Prime Minister Tony Blair say Iraqi leader Saddam Hussein must prove to the world that he is not developing weapons of mass destruction. V-O-A's Paula Wolfson reports they say all options are open if Iraq refuses to comply.

TEXT: They talked about Iraq during a weekend meeting at the Bush ranch in Texas.

President Bush says he made his position clear.

///BUSH ACT///

I explained to the prime minister that the policy of my government is the removal of Saddam and that all options are on the table.

//END ACT///

Prime Minister Blair says if Iraq is pursuing weapons of mass destruction, something must be done.

///BLAIR ACT///

The president is right to draw attention to the threat of weapons of mass destruction. That threat is real. How we deal with it, that's a matter we discuss.

///END ACT///

During a joint press conference, Mr. Blair said no decisions have been made and indicated no military action is imminent. The British leader who has been a staunch ally in the war on terrorism faces strong opposition at home to military moves against Iraq. (signed)
