Letter to the churches

Greetings in Christ

I have prayed and worked on this note for several days with some last minute additions about Christian ministries and now feel that the Holy Spirit wants it to be sent.

www.help-for-you.com is a web site I feel the Holy Spirit is leading me to prepare so it can be used in the service of Jesus Christ - our Savior, Lord, Master, and King. As such it should declare God's plan and purpose for mankind in Jesus Christ. This web site will essentially stress God's presence in our Christian life and how that impacts us wherever we are and whatever we are doing.

I personally believe that countries like Canada, U.S.A and others, which serve as modern bases of operation for Christianity are being systematically neutralized by Satan. I also believe that Jesus Christ is about to bring into play in these countries a revival as has never been seen before. Not a revival that multiplies the attendance in churches from tens to hundreds and from hundreds to thousands and then eventually fizzles out. I believe that Jesus Christ will call into being a sustained revival - the kind of revival that only grows and does not fizzle out. The key to this happening requires that we as Christians sanctify ourselves unto the Lord. Haven't we all heard this at least a hundred times. But this involves a relentless commitment to honoring the presence of God in all (absolutely all) of our willing process which gives rise to the concepts, thoughts, feelings, and ultimately the actions of our soul.

Our wills are united with that of our Father in Heaven by Jesus Christ when he sends the Comforter (the Holy Spirit) to teach and guide us in our role as part of God's purpose and plan for mankind in Jesus Christ. But as Christians we must learn how to make this merger/partnership an 'every moment reality'. It is something like holding a young child in our arms to protect and nourish the child while at the same time the child is rebellious to much of what we want for the child. It just is not as easy as it sounds. In fact it is an awesome task because most of us do not have the sense of this oneness every moment we take a breath, so that it has become so natural that even our very sense of who we are has altered to reflect this new reality. It is only then that the Love of God will flow freely as a natural behavior from us and we will have the power to transform the world around us. Then and only then will a sustained revival be possible. And I ask, should we seek anything less?

What distresses me is that there are many Christian ministries, some very large in terms of those who stay in touch and provide financial support. There are even many impressive web sites for some of these ministries. Most appear to have one or more churches as a base of operation. But they seem sealed off from each other, each is trying to do similar things but as a ministry, not as the body of Christ. Of course, they would deny this for that is not their intent but yet it is the outcome of what they do. I believe this kind of thing is a form of dissension between Christians and noted as such by the world at large and used as a reason to reject what we preach as Christians. For if we reject ourselves then how is Christ served and how is the love of God revealed. There is only one body of Christ and most would agree. But have not these ministries divided the body into parts? But these parts would say "We serve the same savior and preach the same gospel and differ only on doctrinal issues". They would say further, "We sometimes all get together for a big evangelical event and things like that". And others would say "We have to be apart in our own church under our own ministry because otherwise a great truth would be lost to Christendom". I ask one thing. In all honesty, before God's Holy Spirit, what do you think Jesus Christ, if he were writing this note, would say to those parts? Can a kingdom divided amongst itself stand? Division is division, it is a mathematical term. Division comes from internal conflict and dissension.

What I offer, and perhaps it is what your church wants also, and is certainly what Jesus Christ wants; A Christian ministry where location, church building, and doctrinal differences don't seal it away from other Christians and compete for a following and supporting monetary gifts. How do we bridge this problem? By all joining the same church or by somehow working together as a single ministry, without a church building, where location is not important, where all can contribute their time and skills, and where such an effort can multiply into many other similar efforts with no single person in charge, where money is not an issue, and the work of the Holy Spirit in our lives is the main focus - that's how.

www.help-for-you.com will be a template of such a ministry. And from that template, Christians everywhere can follow it's example and do a similar thing so that everywhere on the Internet there is a similar Christian ministry. So the parts can exist as parts but the body can move in unison and only in unison will a sustained revival take place. This is possible and I ask you to read on to understand how this is possible without disturbing any existing ministries or even interfering with their work.

As His servant I am compelled to obey this call to create a special kind of web site. The call is to use the internet, computer, and all associated technologies to both enrich the lives of Christians world wide and to provide a witness to Christ in whom God has redeemed us to Himself that we may be dead to sin and it's penalty and eternally alive in His presence. Here, volunteers from all Christian ministries can contribute their time and skills and work in unity towards a self sustaining world wide revival.

To be made alive to God's presence we receive the Comforter (the Holy Spirit) sent to us by Christ. The Holy Spirit transforms our souls and leads us into the service of our Lord Jesus Christ. Without exception we are all called to do all that we do as if done for our Lord. We must listen to his will in our soul and obediently and joyfully perform that which we are called to do no matter how small or great a thing it may be. We must give up fear in preference to wisdom and look forward to his direction and take joy in our obedience and love with the intent to heal and transform. But we cannot force this and only the Holy Spirit can teach us. But it won't happen as it should unless our soul maintains the necessary focus. When the focus is weak then division and dissension occurs between Christians and revivals begin to sizzle out. Revival within a specific Christian group or subculture is not self sustaining revival. Self sustaining revival is revival that occurs wherever the Holy Spirit visits and that is the heart of every breathing Christian soul. Being blessed by the Holy Spirit and being in a state of revival are two different things. So that means every Christian soul must be so sanctified. There is no other acceptable way. We either want sustained revival or we don't, there is no middle ground on this issue. The light in our souls may shine but we must make it shine as the great and glorious light that it is - the light of the glory of God.

Just as radio and TV are being used by Christian ministries to enrich the lives of Christians as well as a testimony to the world to repent and accept Jesus Christ as Lord and Savior, I believe there are as yet unrealized opportunities using the internet. The time is near in terms of the Internet's use, when we as Christians will be able to contact one-on-one, "interactive", in several ways, other people all over the world. This cannot be done with radio or TV. In addition, there are developments coming that will enable anyone, any place in the world, to connect to the internet even if they do not have power, or normal telephone service. The use of satellites, voice to digital converters, economical wireless computer terminals, and many other things will all contribute to this connectivity. The internet is truly becoming the information highway of the world, a highway we can travel to evangelize not only the world but our own country and to help sanctify the body of Christ for the ultimate revival of all time. Let's not talk revival let's make it happen. Let us create and teach the focus necessary for the oneness Jesus spoke of when he said "that they may be one even as we are one".

Although the web site www.help-for-you.com is still under construction I have prepared several web pages that help explain this calling; who I am, and how you can participate if called to do so. Money is not an issue. I don't want anyone's money nor is it required or asked of anyone that helps, I want what Jesus wants, people to follow Him, as do I, in this calling. Therefore, please do not consider this note as SPAM. It is true the note is unsolicited. Actually, it is sent using your church's web site web page mail option provided to anyone wishing to provide remarks or ask questions. This is the only non SPAM way I know of contacting Christians world wide. Each note like this that I send, although the same, has been cut and pasted and individually mailed. The top left hand panel of the web page testimony.html has several underlined URLs or links (below the status link), that if you click on them, will bring up a different web page. One is a web page called "deadtosin.html" that shows how you will be able to use various on line help-for-you facilities to construct a web page containing texts from several on line Bibles as well as on line Greek and other dictionary references and also on line commentaries. I also use that web page as an opportunity to explain the difficulties in creating translations of the Bible and efforts of Satan to make this more difficult.

As I can free up some time from the development work now occurring on www.help-for-you.com I will extend the information in the yellow features section in the far right column of testimony.html (under the web site objective statement) so that you will know when certain features will become available as well as how you might make use of them and more preferable, how you can help use these features to help other Christians as well as those still lost to find Christ. I will also revise and add to these web pages as I get feedback, advice and requests. But when all is said and done these web pages are just a prelude to the greater effort and their intent is to explain that effort and seek help in achieving the web site objectives while I put into place the features that are being developed for the web site.

With volunteers from all Christian ministries it may even be possible that these other ministries will allow us to provide URLs to places in their web sites where there are sermons, teachings, and other things that would be helpful to the common goal. That would be a real test to whether they were sealed off for the right or wrong reason. Perhaps some of these ministries would like to get personally involved with this project giving it the benefit of their experience and skills and therefore help this template so that when it multiplies it is a "good work" unto our Lord. That also would be a real test.
